- Membership: name, email, phone, an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored)
- Orders: delivery and billing details, order contents, payment status
- Contact: what you send through forms and messages
- Technical: IP address, browser type, session and security logs
2.Payment security
Card details are entered and processed only on the secure payment page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution; they are never sent to or stored by our site. Only the card type and last 4 digits are kept with your order.
3.How we protect information
- All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS
- Passwords are stored with a strong hashing algorithm (scrypt); accounts are temporarily locked after repeated failed logins
- Session cookies are signed and cannot be read by JavaScript
- Only authorised accounts can access the admin panel
4.Sharing
Information is shared only with the payment institution, cargo company, accounting and infrastructure providers needed to fulfil your order, and with authorities when legally required. It is never sold.
5.Commercial messages
We send you information about your orders and account. Promotional electronic messages are sent only with your prior consent under Law No. 6563, which you can withdraw at any time.
6.Children
Membership and ordering are intended for persons aged 18 and over.
7.Your rights and contact
To exercise your rights or ask questions, write to mertpeko60@gmail.com. You can also use the Contact form on this site with the subject “Data request (KVKK)”, and delete your account under My account > Notification & contact preferences.
8.Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page; the date at the top shows the last update.
