How your orders are prepared, when they are shipped and what delivery costs.
1.Shipping fee

The shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm the order. No shipping fee applies to services such as consulting and installation.
2.Preparation and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The estimated dispatch day is shown in the basket and at checkout.
- Card orders are processed once payment is approved; bank transfer orders once the payment reaches our account.
- In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days unless the product page states otherwise.
- Shipped orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days across Türkiye.
- Delivery is always made within the statutory maximum of 30 days from the order. If this is exceeded you may cancel and receive a full refund.
3.Tracking and receipt
- Once shipped, your order status is updated under My account > Orders.
- Check the parcel for damage on receipt. For a damaged parcel, have the courier record a report and notify us within 3 days; the item is replaced or refunded free of charge.
- Sensitive items such as seedlings and live plants should be received and opened without delay.
4.Delivery area
We currently ship only to addresses within Türkiye. On-site installation and field services in Konya are scheduled with you.
