The name, main characteristics, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee and total of the goods and services are shown in the order summary at checkout and added to this form when the order is placed.
4.Article 4 — General terms
- The Buyer confirms having read the pre-information on the main characteristics, price, payment and delivery, and having confirmed it electronically.
- Goods are delivered to the Buyer's delivery address within the legal maximum of 30 days. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer as shown at checkout, and by the Seller when the free-shipping condition is met.

- If the goods are to be delivered to a person other than the Buyer, the Seller is not liable if that person refuses delivery.
5.Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For goods the period starts on the day the Buyer (or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Buyer) receives the goods; for services it starts on the day the contract is concluded. The Buyer may also exercise the right between the conclusion of the contract and delivery.
To withdraw, the Buyer notifies the Seller within the period in writing or via a durable medium (email to mertpeko60@gmail.com, post to Bahçesaray, Konya, or the "My messages" section of the account). The sample withdrawal form on the Returns page may be used.
The Buyer returns the goods within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. If returned with the carrier designated by the Seller, return shipping is paid by the Seller. The Buyer is not liable for changes and deterioration due to normal use of the goods.
The Seller refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and without any cost to the Buyer. Card refunds are made via the payment institution; the time for the refund to appear on the card depends on the bank.

- Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other goods by their nature
- Services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period (e.g. consulting visits or reports)

7.Article 7 — Defective goods
If the goods are defective, the Buyer may, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, choose to withdraw from the contract, request a price reduction, request free repair, or request replacement with a non-defective equivalent. The Seller is responsible for defects that exist at delivery; the limitation period is two years from delivery.
Damaged packages should be checked in the presence of the courier and a damage report should be drawn up; the Buyer should notify the Seller as soon as possible with photographs.
